Travis McCoy, the lead vocalist of alt-hip-hop crew Gym Class Heroes, has released the charity track “On At a Time” in honor of World AIDS Day.

The song chronicles McCoy’s journey as the spokesman for the Staying Alive Foundation to the Philippines, South Africa, and India. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the MTV Staying Alive Foundation.
