Did you watch True Blood last night?

We did, with our hands over our eyes — that is, except when Lafayette (right) and Jesus were inching toward getting to know each other more intimately.

We can’t find any video of it online, but the guys’ car seat encounter was a terrific, delicious tease that left us wanting so much more. Check out CNN’s blog write-up of their too brief “marathon first date”:

Their good time is short-lived when old Felton Norris and a couple of other n’er do wells from Hotshot show up at Lafayette’s place looking for trouble. Lafayette fought them off with Jesus’ help, but not before outing himself as a drug dealer. This didn’t sit well with Jesus, who declared the date over.
