The No on 8 campaign, defending California’s same-sex marriage law, released this new commercial.

I understand there are fundamentalists believing that gays are going to hell.

And of course I get the “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” camp. I’m in it.

It’s those swing voters that I don’t get–those that are apparently deciding the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.

How could some not know whether gays and lesbians are full human beings or not, deserving the same rights that they have, or not?
